How it works:
Part 1. Students complete the online, cognitive portion of the course, either at the workplace or anywhere with Internet access. When students finish the online portion, a certificate of completion will be available for them to print. The certificate is required to complete Part 2 at an authorized
Part 2. Students complete the skills validation test with an American Heart Association Instructor at the Chesapeake Health Education Program, Inc. (CHEP)
Upon successful completion of both parts, students will be issued an American Heart Association BLS – Healthcare Provider Course Completion Card.
