Now in it’s sixth year, CHEP Inc.’s Annual Addiction Conference has established itself as a leading program centered on educating medical professionals working within the realm of addictions. This full-day program brings together an expert lineup of speakers presenting on timely topics surrounding this epidemic that is plaguing our communities. As our dual mission at CHEP works to provide lifesaving support for homeless veterans, we see the direct impact the information gained through this program brings to the clinicians working with this population, as well as the impact made to community at large. 

Venue Information

We are excited to be returning to Water’s Edge Events Center again this year!  The conference will take place on the main floor, and the building is handicap accessible.

Target Audiences

Addiction counselors, social workers, certified counselors, psychologists, physicians, physician assistants, nurses,  dentists and dental professionals, and students.

Accreditation information will be announced in the coming weeks. Emails will be sent out as accreditation is approved.  Please check back here for the most up-to-date accreditation information.

We anticipate a high interest in the program this year, so be sure to register early in order to secure your space. We cannot guarantee day-of registration will be available.  Early bird pricing is available through Sunday, September 8, 2019.  After this date, standard registration only will be available.  CHEP Vouchers cannot be used for payment of this program. Credit card, check, or cash payments only will be accepted.

Conference registration includes a continental breakfast, full buffet lunch, and all day beverage service.  Please do not bring outside food and beverage into the venue.  We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions noted on your registration.

Registration implies consent that pictures or video taken during the event may be used by CHEP Inc. for marketing purposes.  These photos and videos may appear in future printed publications and/or the company website and social media platforms.

Exhibitors

Being an exhibitor is the perfect way to network with over 130 local providers!  Exhibitor fee includes an eight-foot table with black linen and chair, electric, WiFi access, and continental breakfast and lunch for one representative.  Spaces are limited, so if you are interested in exhibiting at the 2019 conference, please email the Program Manager at acaporellie@chepinc.org to confirm your space and receive your access code to register.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration for the conference will close on Friday, October 4, 2019 or once we are at capacity.  As this event is very popular, we recommend that you register early. We cannot guarantee on-site registration will be available.  If you are unable to attend after registering, you must contact our office via email or phone.  The following guidelines for cancellations for this program apply:

  • Cancellations by registrant made prior to September 23, 2019 will receive a refund less a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations by registrant made September 23, 2019 or after will not receive a refund.
  • Vouchers are not available for cancellations made at any time.
  • Refunds will not be issued to attendees that do not show the day of the program.

CHEP reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment or any unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather.  We will notify registrants via email, on this program web page, and will make every attempt to reach attendees via phone.  Registration fees will be fully refunded if we are unable to reschedule a cancelled program. Processing fees will apply to refunds made to credit card payments.
