Now in its seventh year, CHEP Inc.’s Annual Addictions Conference has established itself as a leading program centered on educating medical professionals working within the realm of addictions.  This is a full-day conference with speakers presenting on timely topics surrounding this epidemic that is plaguing our communities.  Please join us in learning and networking with fellow professionals at our 2020 program!

The conference will take place on the main level of the center and the entire facility is handicap accessible.

We are busy working on another expert lineup of speakers for the 2020 season!  As speakers are announced, marketing emails will be distributed and this page will be updated accordingly.  Check back in the coming weeks for more information.

Registration

Registration is now open for the 2020 conference!

Register Now!

Community Provider – $140 early-bird registration through 9/9/20; $150 starting 9/10/20
VA VISN 5 Employee (with ID) – $50 early-bird registration through 9/9/20; $60 starting 9/10/20
Student (with ID) – $80 early-bird through 9/9/20; $90 starting 9/10/20

Early-bird registration will be available through September 9, 2020 and registration for the program will close on Friday, October 2, 2020.  We will accept on-site registration as long as space allows, but recommend registering early to secure your space.

Registration includes a light continental breakfast, a full buffet lunch, and all day beverage service.  Please do not bring outside food or beverage into the venue; we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions noted on your registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference after registering, you must contact our office via email or phone.  The following guidelines for cancellations will apply:

  • Cancellations by registrant made prior to September 23, 2020 will receive a refund less a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations by registrant made September 23, 2020 or after will not receive a refund.
  • Vouchers are not available for cancellations made at any time.
  • Refunds will not be issued to registrants that do not show on the day of the conference.

CHEP reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment or any unforeseen circumstance such as inclement weather.  We will notify registrants via email, will update our company website, and will make every attempt to reach attendees via phone.  Registration fees will be fully refunded if we are unable to reschedule a cancelled program.  Processing fees may apply on refunds made to credit cards.

Exhibitors

In order to provide the best local resources for our attendees, we will be offering a limited number of exhibitor spaces.  Exhibitors will receive an 8-foot table, black linen, chair, and breakfast and lunch for one representative.

Returning Exhibitor (from 2019) – $325
New Exhibitor – $350
Additional Representative – $99
