Online Evaluation

(1) Log onto www.chepinc.org/certificates

(2) Select your conference from the dropdown menu

(3) Enter your confirmation Number

This is obtained through the email that you will/have receive(d) with the Invitation to complete Evaluations and obtaining Certificate(s).

Please note: Your confirmation number must be 10 characters long. The 1st 5 digits are Alpha characters (usually the 1st 5 of your last name) and the 2nd 5 digits are Numeric (usually the 1st 5 of your zip code), if there are any _ in your ID number please ensure that you have the correct number of characters.

If you did not receive an email, you may write to webmaster@chepinc.org and give your name and your conference name and your confirmation number will be sent to you via email.

(4) Select one of the options from the Accrediting body box

*This is essential as it will trigger the appropriate certificate*

(5) Press Submit

(6) Take ALL evaluations

(7) Click the Print Certificate link

You may have to wait a moment for your certificate to display.  It will display in PDF format so you must have Adobe Acrobat  Reader on your computer.

If you require continuing education credits for more than one discipline, you may log into the system more than once and it will "remember" which evaluations you have taken. You will not have to take them again, simply select your course and enter your confirmation number and then select the other appropriate additional discipline.

Please note: No partial credit can be awarded and you must sign-in and sign-out of your conference in order to receive the email and be eligible for a certificate.
