Chesapeake Health Education Program

Sharing Agreements

CHEP provides its services through direct purchases, government or company purchase orders, contracts, sole source contracts, or development of special projects. Regardless of the mechanism, CHEP establishes a formal sharing arrangement for the purpose of developing, enhancing and facilitating a continuing education conference, program, or related project. A brief Scope of Work is required which outlines the purpose and products which will result from the arrangement.

CHEP agrees to extend full benefits of partnership to the contracting organization and provides resources as needed to address common education and training needs. CHEP also encourages opportunities to share and exchange "in-kind" services with an organization and where possible, develops non-monetary sharing of resources. All agreements involve an administrative fee which is negotiable depending on the services provided. Funds may be received from any granting organization interested in an educational project. A full accounting of all funds is maintained by CHEP for review and audit by a Certified Public Accounting firm.
