Strategies for resolving conflicts, managing change and achieving better results in life. To be a successful healthcare professional in the 21st century requires you to have certain knowledge and skill; however there is a 3rd element which enables top healthcare professionals to achieve more success than others and that is their Winning edge. In this program, we will discuss specific techniques and strategies that a healthcare professional can use managing change, stress, burnout and conflicts in the workplace.

Describe how to improve personal productivity at work.
Discuss how to improve management of people and time.
Interpret management of stress and conflict at work

Directions:    

From I-95 take exit 93 (Perryville) and head South on Route 222, through the intersection of Route 40. Follow Route 222 South (Aiken Ave.) to its end at Broad St. Turn right on Broad St. which leads directly to the Medical Center. NOTE: Crossing the Susquehanna River Bridge, there is a $5 toll Northbound only, immediately before your exit.

NOTE: You will need to follow the BURGUNDY signs to the Parking Lot for Building 82H/Conference Room. As you are walking toward the building from the parking lot, please go past the glass entrance to the main door and you will see the conference room immediately upon your entrance to the building.

SPECIAL NOTE: The driving directions below will get you to a point outside of the Perry Point Medical Centers Gate. Please continue on Broad Street and enter the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and then follow the directions listed above!
