Attendance Tracking, Evaluation, and Certificates
The webinar system will track your attendance for the program day. You are expected to attend 90% of the content hour portions (6.0 hours) of the day in order to receive credit. Any attendee who falls below the 90% threshold for attendance will not receive credit for the training. Please plan to log-in to the training using a computer; calling into the training may result is a lower attendance score.
An evaluation will be emailed to attendees who completed the training within two business days of the program’s completion. Certificates will generate upon submission of that evaluation. CHEP does not and will not issue partial credit certificates.
This conference is geared towards the following disciplines: addiction counselors, social workers, certified counselors, psychologists, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and students. Targeted audience does not guarantee specific discipline credit; please review the above continuing education section for full CEU listing.
Cancellations for the Addiction Conference must be made no later than one week prior to the program date, and refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. CHEP does not offer vouchers for cancellations for these conferences. No refund option will be available to cancellations made less than one week prior to the program date. No-show attendees – will forfeit any payments made for the program.
