Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners

Attendance, Evaluations and Certificates 

For those attending in person, you must sign in at the registration desk in order to receive credit. Sign-in sheets will be available starting at 7:30am and will be available until 8:30am, after which time you will no longer be able to sign in for credit, but are welcome to attend the conference for educational purposes.

For those attending online, the webinar system will track your attendance for the program day. You are expected to attend 90% of the content hour portions of the day in order to receive credit. Any attendee who falls below the 90% threshold for attendance will not receive credit for the training. Please plan to log-in to the training using a computer; calling into the training may result is a lower attendance score. 

An evaluation will be emailed to attendees who completed the training within one week of the program’s completion. Certificates will generate upon submission of that evaluation. CHEP does not and will not issue partial credit certificates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the Suicide Prevention Conference must be made no later than one week prior to the program date, and refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refund option will be available for cancellations made less than one week prior to the program date. No-show registrants will forfeit any payment made for the program. CHEP does not offer vouchers for cancellations for these conferences.

This conference is geared towards the following disciplines: addiction counselors, certified counselors, nurses, physicians, physician assistants, psychologists, social workers, and students. Targeted audience does not guarantee specific discipline credit; please review the above continuing education section for full CEU listing.
